NOTICE

Council of the Borough of Minersville will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at the corner of North Delaware Avenue and East Carbon Streets, one of the purposes of which is to adopt the following Ordinances:

Ordinance 362

REPEALING ORDINANCE 352 AND ESTBALISHING AN ORDINANCE FOR THE ADOPTION OF PENNSYLVANIA DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE “FOODCODE; FOOD EMPLOYEE CERTIFICATION”, TITLE 7, CHAPTER 46 AND REGULATING FOOD INSPECTION; KNOWN AS THE “FOOD CODE; FOOD EMPLOYEE CERTIFICATION ORDINANCE

and for such other general purposes to come before Council.

A copy of the Ordinance may be examined by any citizen at the Municipal Building, Minersville, during regular business hours.  The above summary of the proposed Ordinance was prepared by Borough Solicitor Albert Evans, Esquire, as required by Borough Code.
